SBI Scholarship 2026-27: Get Up to ₹15 Lakh Financial Assistance – Check Eligibility and Apply Before September 4
The SBI Foundation has invited applications for the SBI Platinum Jubilee ASHA Scholarship 2026-27, offering financial assistance to deserving students from economically weaker families. The scholarship aims to ensure that talented students do not discontinue their education due to financial difficulties.
Under this scholarship program, eligible students can receive financial assistance ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹15,00,000, depending on their course and category. Students studying in Classes 9 to 12, undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, ITI, MBBS, IIM, and even those pursuing higher education abroad can apply if they meet the eligibility criteria.
To qualify, applicants should have secured at least 75% marks or a 7.5 CGPA in the previous academic year. The annual family income should not exceed ₹3 lakh for school students and ₹6 lakh for students pursuing higher education. Applicants must also be enrolled in a recognized educational institution.
The application process is completely online. Interested students should visit the official SBI Foundation scholarship portal, register, fill in their personal and educational details, upload the required documents, and submit the application before the deadline.
Documents generally required include the previous year’s marks card, Aadhaar card, income certificate, admission proof, fee receipt, passport-size photograph, and bank account details. Applicants should ensure that all information is accurate, as incorrect details or invalid documents may lead to rejection.
The scholarship amount will be transferred directly to the selected student’s bank account after successful verification. The selection process is based on academic performance, family income, eligibility, and document verification.
