Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the required educational qualifications relevant to the post they are applying for.
- Junior Executive (Finance): MBA, CA, CMA, or CFA.
- Junior Executive (Law): Professional Law Degree with Bar Council enrollment.
- Junior Executive (Operations): Science Degree with MBA or BE/B.Tech in the prescribed discipline.
- Junior Executive (Survey & Cartography): Civil Engineering degree with a postgraduate qualification in Geography, Remote Sensing, or Geomatics.
- Manager Posts: Relevant Engineering Degree, Architecture, CA, MBA, LLB, or other prescribed qualification along with at least three years of relevant work experience.
Age Limit
- Junior Executive: Maximum 27 years.
- Manager: Maximum 32 years.
Age relaxation will be available as per Government rules:
- OBC – 3 years
- SC/ST – 5 years
- PwBD – 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen – As per applicable rules.
Application Fee

Salary
AAI offers an attractive pay scale with additional allowances.
- Junior Executive: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month.
- Manager: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month.
