Airport Authority Recruitment 2026: 389 Manager and Junior Executive Posts
Airport Authority of India (AAI), under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, has announced a major recruitment drive for 2026-27. A total of 389 vacancies are available for Manager and Junior Executive posts in various departments. Eligible candidates can apply online, and the last date to submit applications is September 7, 2026. This recruitment provides an excellent opportunity for engineering, management, law, finance, IT, architecture and other qualified candidates seeking a central government-sector career.
The vacancies include Junior Executive (Finance), Law, Survey & Cartography and Operations, along with Manager positions in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Architecture, Law, Fire Services, Operations, Commerce, Corporate Planning and Corporate Communication.
For Manager posts, candidates must possess the relevant engineering, postgraduate, MBA or law qualification depending on the position. In addition, candidates generally require three years of professional experience in the relevant field. For Junior Executive posts, candidates must have the required degree, postgraduate qualification, MBA or law qualification as specified for the respective post. No professional experience is required for Junior Executive positions.
The maximum age limit is 27 years for Junior Executive posts and 32 years for Manager posts. Age relaxation is available as per government rules, including relaxation for OBC, SC/ST, ex-servicemen, persons with disabilities and eligible AAI employees.
The application fee is ₹1,000 for General, EWS and OBC male candidates. SC, ST, PwBD and eligible women candidates, along with certain apprentices, are exempted from paying the fee.
Selected Junior Executives will receive a salary of approximately ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 per month, while Managers will receive ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000 per month.
Candidates should keep their photograph, signature, educational certificates, mark sheets, age proof, experience certificate, caste certificate and other required documents ready before applying. Selection will be based on the recruitment process prescribed by AAI, including a computer-based test and interview where applicable.
